Since 1995, we have been in the business of printing personalized t-shirts, staff-wear, photo gifts, aprons and hen & stag night t-shirts. In 2000 we moved our business to a city centre location at 15 Fossgate, York.

We have always been aware of your concerns about the way in which products are manufactured and we are proud of the fact that from the outset we have only sold goods, which are top-quality and ethically sourced.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we always ensure that we test all our products before they leave our shop, so that you can be confident in your purchase. If it's not good enough for us, it's not good enough for you.

We are sure that you will agree that there is nothing worse than a printer making a spelling mistake. That is why we check everything at each stage of production to ensure that nothing leaves the shop with a spelling mistake or grammatical error. We will always e-mail you if we need clarification about anything. If you request a proof we will send one.

All orders are dealt with in-house by us personally. We do not use third parties. So if we promise to deliver your order by a certain date we guarantee it will arrive on time. We believe every order is important so we strive to turn around orders quickly. You can usually expect to receive your order within three days. If we cannot fulfil this promise, we will get in touch with you to discuss.

If you are fed up with paying over-the-top postage charges, you can rest assured that you won't find ours expensive. We do not make a profit from these charges but merely cover our own costs - we always send your order out first class signed-for, which is £2.95 for a single t-shirt or apron. And remember, if your order is over £100 we will post out free of charge.

There is always someone here to listen. We want you to be happy with your purchase from us and will do everything we can to make sure you are. We are available Tuesday - Saturday at our shop in York if you need to speak to us by telephone and we are always on-line to deal with your query via e-mail.
